We entered our room and it was immediately humid and damp. Seemed like there could be mold which is very impactful to my health. We left and didn’t stay the night. Falsely advertised a hot tub and the hotel is incredibly outdated

Would'd recomend this motel.
Room didn't have chairs to sit in only 1 broken desk chair. Window on ground floor room was left open and unlocked. Back door had a rock proppet it open makeing a security risk. Hair was left in the bathtub by previous tennant. Bathtub barley drained. Only one sheet of small notepad paper was in room. Pillows smelled like sweat. Breakfeast food was ok not terffic but suitable. Wouldn't stay ay another Wyndham property based on this experience.

The room was dirty. They had tried to “remodel“ but it was terrible! The paint was peeling off the tub. There was paint on the faucet and on the drain just not finished at all. There was no water in the tub or the shower. It would not turn on. The floor had grit all over it. It was a terrible stay overall it was certainly not worth $150. I paid for it.

The water was turned off around 9:45am the day we were checking out (stayed 2 nights). Check out time is 11am. Called the front desk and they said they had given us a letter the day before warning us that it was gonna get shut off due to maintenance... we never received said notice.

This prooerty was awful. The security lock in my door fell off. The entire holtel smelled like curry and Indian food. Door frames goung down the halls were broken. The elevator was filthy as was the dinning ares. We dis not eat breakfast there. I was scared to even eat or have coffee. I could not understand the staff as they were all Indian. The property was horrible. Trash everywhere, beer cans and cigarette butts. I did not have soap in my room. Im not sure they really cleaned anything in that hotel. I will never stay at the property or any other La Quinta again. I have stayed at several in the Kansas City area over the past 5 years but this stay has ended that for me.

We found cockroaches in the bathroom when we awoke. The bathroom light wasn't working so we called the front desk. He came immediately to check it out, but said it couldn't be repaired until the next morning. The door handle to the adjoining room was broken. The people in the next room were noisy.

The room we were in only had two beds and one broken down office chair. The bathtub had hair in it from previous guests. The bathtub drained very slow. They left only one small sheet of note paper to write on. When I called the front desk inquire why there was no place to sit the clerk's answer was unintelligible. The back door to the motel was propped open with it a rock making the motel a security risk. We will never stay at another Wyndham property if this is the level of quality Wyndham provides.

Property is a little worn down and out of date. In a good quiet area. Breakfast was minimal.. found 2 hairs in breakfast. One in eggs and one in gravy. Pancake machine was broke. Beds were very comfy. Was best part.

For the price, we will definitely be back! You can tell it’s older with some cosmetic upgrades, but our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable enough. Breakfast was hot and fresh!

Facilities are aged and not maintained. The door to our unit would not seal properly and would let in light and sound all throughout the evening. Early in the morning, porters were loudly talking to each other in the hallways and started knocking on doors at 7:00am for cleaning. The facility is also heavily smoked in. They use a lot of cinnamon and clove in an attempt to cover it up, but our clothing smelled of cigarette smoke after leaving. The staff also make you sign a waiver stating they are not responsible for any break ins or damage to your vehicle while on-site, and they would not let me sign in without provide a cell phone number.

A few rooms with bed bugs
Our group came a little bit late and front desk staff was not ready at all and it took us 45 minutes to check in. Front desk staff was friendly though. Several of our reserved rooms were infested with bed bugs and we asked to switch rooms - but unfortunately no rooms were available. During the checkout, we were promised to get a refund for those two rooms with bed bugs, and they followed up with that promise. Also, the advertised price on Hotels.com was $113 per room, taxes included. We opted for "pay at the hotel option". When they emailed us receipts, we saw that we were charged $120 per room, plus taxes - which brought the price for each room to $140. Lesson learned - to always pay directly Hotels.com
