So so stay. I’d pick a different place next time
To much construction and crowded to even pull in. And pricey for what you get. And hotels.com will give you the wrong price. And Loews will not honor that.

The property was so pleasant upon arrival with all indoor parking, and a valet option. Great open lobby and bar area. The Stillwell bar and restaurant in the hotel are incredible!! And a terrace bar area with a small game area. Close to dining/bar options and less than a 10 minute drive to shopping! The room was perfect!

Love the pool and hot tub and the views from the rooms! The bar downstairs and on the rooftop are phenomenal and the coffee shop downstairs also is great! Great coffee and great breakfast food! You can also grab a beer to go if you want. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful hotel, great bar/ atmosphere, comfortable and clean hotel room, and easy walk to T-Mobile/ P&L District. Don’t pass on the Espresso Martini at the hotel bar! Check-in at 4pm only had 2 employees working the front desk and the line/ wait to check in was unlike I have ever experienced. A 3rd employee eventually arrived to help. The Stilwell restaurant inside the hotel was okay, but did not have a large selection on the menu, and we heard the chef getting all over the employees throughout our meal. Upon checking out of hotel we stopped in the coffee shop for a coffee and breakfast, and thankfully we were not in a hurry. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay again.

I stayed at the Loews hotel for my daughter’s wedding. The room, bar, restaurant, and hotel were all beautiful and added to the overall enjoyment of our stay. The front desk staff was very accommodating and took care of all our needs. Will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown Kansas City.

Gorgeous hotel. Everything is kept super clean. Super walkable to restaurants and KC Chiefs shop. Only had one snafu where they wrote down wrong room number so we had to go back to the lobby to get the correct room number. But other than that was super impressed!

The property is modern, clean, and updated. The staff was great. It is located in a central location walking distance from great shopping and dining experiences. The hotel actually has a really great bar and 2 restaurants on-site. The only complaint I have pertaining to this hotel is that there were no microwaves on site to heat up food/leftovers. If you wanted ro use a microwave you had to rent it for $15.
