How could a property be clean and sanitary if there’s no hot water?!? Staying from Wednesday until Sunday (Aug 14-18) and not one drop of hot water! They blatantly lied at the property and said the water would be fixed that day, then the next day, then the next day… Three days there was absolutely no water!! They made no monetary concession. They were completely rude and disrespectful!
Haven’t decided if I’m gonna move forward and take this up with the city. I’m going back and reading all the other reviews. Truth is, this hotel was out of water the Sunday before I even checked in. They blatantly lied and had the audacity to be rude and think it was funny that we couldn’t find a hotel even close to what we had booked that one for. We booked it in advance for five days. Every person in that facility needs a class on decent customer service and whoever is in charge needs to Go to mandatory class on how to speak to people, run a business, what to say and what not to say… The list goes on and on!
How on earth this property is rated wonderful is beyond me… It is not a wonderful property in any way, shape or form!!! I actually waited until now to do the review because I Needed a bit of time to calm down & I just cannot believe a hotel can operate and be this arrogant in such a competitive world!?!?
