More run down on outside of hotel than the website pics depict. Rooms were updated but hallway and other areas seemed older. TV only got three channels and front desk person was apathetic. I chose this hotel for the lower price and proximity to the places I needed to visit.

My bf and I stopped on after a night on the town and no worries, we Ubered there. The guy working the front desk was nice. The room was overall clean. Our issue was the plumbing and shower. The shower faucet handle vame off in my hand and feel to the floor after I moved it to turn on. The toilet didn't flush all the way and had to be flushed twice each time we used it. The bedding was very soft and clean. Decent place but the room could use some attention to detail.

1.When we got up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom there were ants all over the counter sink and wall. We did not call the front desk as we were very tired. Just killed as many as we could and went back to bed. 2. The vending/drink selection left much to be desired.

There’s only 1 way in and out through the front door by the lobby. No window in room and AC was a unit. But rooms were clean, well lit, beds were quite comfortable. Shower clean and good water pressure.

What really happened here?

Easy to find, easy to check in. Place was empty, yet we were out up on the 3rd floor down the hall. The elevator was so rickety we were scared going up. Got to the room and it looked pretty good. Seemed like it was maybe newly redecorated? But then we realized it was like putting make up on a pig. The air conditioner never gave cold air, it was humid cool air, but we made it. The bathroom literally had blood spatter on the wall and mirror. I kid you not. Kind of freaked me out. But I didn’t see it until the next morning when I got up to pee around 3. My daughter couldn’t sleep, she swore she heard water running through the night, I kept checking and found nothing. I have to say the bed was clean, towels were clean, but there was nothing extra. Just curious how blood spattered up the wall and on the mirror, my husband suggested someone popped a zit, I call BS it was way too much and a bad direction.

We booked this hotel in order to stay close to Crossroads for a concert. Upon check-in we discovered there was no soap in the room. I asked the front desk and they said they were out of stock. Phone signal was low so we jumped on the WI-FI. It connected but said no internet and wouldn’t allow us access to the web. After the concert we returned to the room, we discovered a mouse running around the room. At this point we checked out and got the heck out of there at midnight. Drug addicts were also around the hotel area on Broadway. This was all unacceptable. We were able to get a full refund from the hotel after about 10 days.
