Doors didnt lock properly. Both sercutiy locks where broken. We have kids this was a huge scare. Please it was very annoying to have to pay for breakfast. It was advertised as free but it was 11 for adult and 7 for child.

The experience was not a good one. The property looks more like a prison than hotel. The key card didn't work. We didn't ask for another because the front desk person wasn't very helpful. We left without seeing the inside of a room.

Door access and heat
Only complaints were lack of parking and/or door access on the sides and back, had to walk all the way around to the front, no big deal except it was raining. Also, our room had only A/C no heat, it was freezing cold, BUT the front desk gave us a portable heater during our stay. Otherwise very nice, great access, friendly staff, we would stay there again.

Awful experience ruined our entire trip!
THE WORST hotel experience we have ever had. I would strongly discourage anyone from booking a stay there. They were rude, the property wasn’t well-kept and the building is in disrepair. All interiors are dated and dirty. The worst part of a horrendous stay was when we returned from shopping after 2 hours to find our room EMPTY. They had removed all of our personal belongings while we were gone and stashed them in the housekeeping closet. They claimed a “glitch in their system” caused them to think we should have checked out already so they removed our belongings from the room. The staff was rude and refused to contact a manager, as there was no manager on staff, nobody authorized to issue a refund and no one who knew who the hotel was insured under. I still have not received a refund and this experience ruined our entire trip.

I chose the hotel as it advertised a restaurant, bar and room service. The restaurant was open less than 4 hours every night and it opened when the bartender showed up. Limited bar food to select from,quality poor. Housekeeping every 3 days, towels remained wet my entire stay. Desk clerk busy texting.

The breakfast was not good. A continental buffet but charged $10 per person with limited selection. When a late checkout was requested on a Sunday they said their housekeeping staff leaves at 1pm even though regular checkout is noon. Phone in room didn't work. Several other guests heat & a/c systems were not working.

The hallways were not in a condition I expect for a hotel, the carpeted floor for one had an awkward smell. The toilet in my room would not flush well and even after telling the front desk and them sending maintenance staff, the problem still persisted. The property was safe and convenient though.
