Easy communication to get on list for complimentary shuttle from airport. The Manager of the property as well as her husband are the nicest people! The room was spacious, bed was comfortable. Area was safe and quiet. We would be happy to stay at this property when we visit the KC area again!

Got to the room and there was black dots on the sheet and blankets no big deal swipe them off, there was 4 pillows on the bed 3 of them looked and felt like they should have been tossed months ago they were corn out, inside of the fridge was dirty okay no problem wipe it out. Went to leave the room and the door lock swing bar was pulled halfway out of the door like someone had tried kicking the door in before. Told the staff about it and they nodded and went “um ok” Tried to use a few of the USB plugs to find out only one of them worked informed the staff and got met with the “um ok” again. The pool area was nice hot tub was luke warm and no clue how to turn the jets on. Spa area was not marked so we had no idea where it was. Outside of the hotel was littered with cigarette butts even in the non designated smoking areas and there was rocks from the landscaping everywhere and the stone retaining wall around the landscaping was in disrepair there was chunks from it everywhere and the parking lot was just as bad Overall the price of the room per night was not worth it at all. I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel but expected more than what I got will not be going back.

Old and run down. The pool and hot tub had bugs and tons of hair in them not clean at all! The shower had cracks in it, the toilet seat was loose. The breakfast was cold and looked like it was left over from the day before.

Reviews suggested a much better facility and location than I discovered. Free breakfast was slim and not vegetarian friendly. Flooring was slippery in the room. It was inexpensive for a reason. Staff was very friendly, though. It’s an older property and well-maintained for its age. Didn’t exactly feel safe there in the area, though.

For the price, it wouldn’t have been a bad hotel. Room was very clean. (Dated too but that wasn’t a problem for me.) Major problem is when A/C kicks on, it is very loud, Lawnmower and jackhammer had a baby loud…right next to my bed. I brought it up to management but was told all of their A/C units are loud because they’re old. You could hear the A/C unit in my room from the hallway. Interestingly, I never heard anyone else’s unit. Management would not switch our room. We ended up turning off A/C when we were in the room. It was impossible to talk on phone, watch TV and sleep otherwise. Breakfast was lacking also. Muffins and cereal were stale. No protein options and cereal was all sweetened. No plain Cheerios! I suspect we were given this room because we booked through Expedia instead of directly with hotel. If you go to this hotel, do yourself a favor and don’t accept room #316!
