This is definately an oder hotel. It is due for an update. The staff was nice. The breakfast was decent, they did have some hot items. The beds were comfortable. The shower head was terrible. I could see daylight around the entire door when closed, so cold air was blowing right in. Although having your own exterior door is convenient. Not likely I would stay there again.

The room was horrible with small table and plastic chairs. Half of room empty like furniture missing. Bed so soft it was hard not to slip off side. Out side dirty and cigarette butts. We paid for 3 nights but never stayed due to above. We moved to another property and lost our 3 day payment at Sure Stay. No more Best Western for us.

Rundown, old, needs work. Not up to a Best western standard. Thin floors as we heard EVERY movement upstairs all night. Staff was nice. Room wasn’t ready when they told us we could check in- gave us the keys and housekeeping was still cleaning it. You get what you get for the price.

Amazing customer service rooms were about as expected. Beds were a little itchy and the sinks water pressure was a little out of control. Sheets were a little dirty but nothing outrageous. Overall solid stay for the price

The building and area are older or looked to be but managed and clean. We didnt see trash outside. The lobby is clean and inviting . The staff was wonderful! Very helpful and always seemed busy. The room itself was clean. We had a dog and theybput us right beside the grass on the bottom floor. The beds were comfortable and firm like memory foam. Pillows were pretty fluffy. The shower head had water pressure as well as the sink. Air conditioner worked great. Breakfast was good with a few options not a ton but was convenient. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

Room 212 the shower and tub was peeling apart wasn't clean around the base of it. Asked for a roll away bed and they don't offer them and only gave us 1 blanket to make a cot to sleep on a hard sticky floor that was grouse to walk on. Gravy was cold for Breakfast. It should be called a MOTEL not HOTEL
