Great stay for KC game!
We had a great stay at this hotel! Despite the restaurant being under renovation, the service was excellent, and the BLT sandwiches were delicious. The beautiful scenery and proximity to the Plaza made it easy to explore on foot. Additionally, the valet service was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel!

2nd round stay.. was okay
This was our 2nd stay.. and we returned because the first time was amazing! This round was a little wierd. Starring people , grump workers , (the front desk people were awesome). We had a grumpy worker purposely bump into my husband a few times, a hotel cleaner wake us up by knocking on our door a few hours before check out. Plus we paid for a breakfast but it was out and was a small limited menu. Which the attendant didn’t know we paid for so they made us confirm with the front desk. The room was a good size and I got some good sleep! But the bed in the living room couch had used blanket like they never changed it.. We will really think if we would stay again.. but the location and front desk people were the best part of the stay

I wouldn’t stay ever again. No amenities other than being on the plaza. I booked the room over a month ago and nothing was said about the pool being closed. Big disappointment considering how much we spent for one night. The room size was great but the bathroom was dirty and there was someone else’s trash on the floor.

Since I booked through Expedia we were not informed that the hotel was going through a renovation and that the dining room would not be open except for cold sandwiches. I would never have stayed here for the amount of money that we paid for our room and the noise from the renovation no restaurant clogged up drain only 2 cups of coffee in the room only two towels in the room not impressed. I did report this to the front desk, which did give us a discount on the room and paid for our parking fees.

The room accommodates 4 people and only towels for 2, only 2 of all towels, so we requested extra towels 3 times. Finally day we leave we get them. Just so so service and no coffee shop in building was disappointing.
