Didn’t had a good feeling staying!
I booked it due to new building. So everything was clean. But staying there did not feel like staying in hotel or so. There is no toiletries in the bathroom, no breakfast, no coffee maker in the room, no hair dryer etc. Felt like empty apartment. Pet charge was very high for one night. I will not stay in this again.

Just let me in my room!!!
We arrived at 1140 on a Friday night, and the doors were locked and we couldn’t even get inside the hotel to check in. No one was there, so I had to call some random person offsite, and she basically called the hotel line which was busy. I didn’t know if we would even have a place to sleep on a cold December night in Kansas City. Luckily a worker was walking by like 15 minutes after I arrived and she was able to help. The room was subpar, and the bed was very uncomfortable.

Amenities lacking. Had to take our used towels to the front desks in order to get clean ones. WiFi was terrible. They made me call an off premise party to try to fix the problem. The WiFi worked while I was talking to the but dropped when I hung up. The staff explained they couldn’t help with these issues because it is an extended stay property. That made no sense to me.

This hotel is not great for short term stays. Zero amenities. No frills. The floor in our room had not been cleaned thoroughly. There was something sticky on the floor beside the bed and it was gross.
