It was heaven after driving 35 hours! 5/5 to just about everything! Brand new hotel and very affordable! We added two nights to our stay!

The overall property is very clean however, you can hear everything that goes on from the people talking in the hallway to the people walking upstairs. I felt like they had to be having a party upstairs. I didn’t get any sleep.

They provided very few facilities. The gym was just an elliptical, a bike, and a cable machine with one attachment. There was a bench with no weights. There was no food in the hotel, and they would not allow late checkouts even though we had a late departure. The facility was clean, though, and the surrounding area was nice if you are willing to walk a good ways.

Brand new property. Very clean and comfortable. Beds are pretty firm. A great place for long stays with full size fridge and 2-burner stove. Staff was very nice. Floors are uncarpeted. Bathroom is nice. The only drawbacks i could even find was there were no kleenexes or hand towels. Had to use our bathtowel for a hand towel. Overall we would recommend.

This was family trip to Worlds of Fun. The booking was easy until we got to the property to check in, it started off with a nice hello and check in process. We were given our key cards and proceeded to our room 323. I have specifically asked that we have a room near our other family that was placed on the 2nd floor. Their excuse was no room cleaned at 3pm. Ok, fine. Once we got to our room, we unpacked and rested for a bit until I heard someone at the door trying to get into our room, I go look and there was a couple trying to get in. It turn out that the front desk ladies double booked our room! It was scary! What if we were sleeping in middle of night, a stranger comes in!! Not acceptable! I instantly called down to the front desk and complained this was safety matter and I was going to call the GM for a refund! It was just me and my daughter, so I couldn’t sleep at all that night. The lady apologized and said it will not happen again! I sure hope not! If the ladies weren’t to busy on their personal phones or kept talking to one another, this could’ve been avoided.

This is a brand new hotel. The address listed sends you to someone’s private residence. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable by design. They have legs and are lifted off the floor with just a hard mattress and no boxspring/support like a traditional hotel bed. If you have a roommate, you can hear their every move as they struggle to find a comfortable position. Spoiler: there isn’t one. There are no light-blocking curtains, only blinds. If the uncomfortable bed doesn’t prevent you from sleeping, don’t worry. The sunlight will. No towels provided. We had to ask. One bottle of “conditioning shampoo” and one bar of soap. This is a new building, but there is only one elevator, and it is slow. This is a new building, yet the doors are not accessible. There are no automatic door openers or sliding doors, and the doors are heavy. Not accessible for people with mobility issues, or anyone carrying a suitcase. The staff were friendly. They can’t help that its a poorly designed hotel.
