The staff was excellent and extremely friendly and helpful at all times. Staff was prompt in completing requests and truly made our stay enjoyable. Property was beautiful and spacious. I highly recommend the spa so many options to choose from and it is truly a serene and relaxing, beautiful atmosphere.

Overall, it’s good! Each complex has your own butler to arrange your reservation for reservations! Room is spacious; however, lighting is a bit dimmer than expected! Food has a good variety and like the barbecue station they set up beside the pool! Downside is the beach is a bit far from the all adults area and the pool area is always crowded and a bit challenging to find a spot.

This was an absolutely incredible resort. Expedia gave us the VIP experience and there was an employee who set up our dinners in such a special way. There wasn’t a moment we didn’t feel over the top taken care of. I’ve never been to a place with kinder and more “on top of it” employees. Will definitely be coming back.

Overall we had a great experience. The main issue I had was that the vegetarian options were not labelled correctly. For example, I ordered a dish that was labeled as vegetarian and it came with ham on top, this sort of thing happened at every restaurant and was difficult to navigate.
