Very spacious room, comfortable bed, loved the view of the Harbour. The showerhead was a little struggle as it didn’t stay facing out but the bathtub was great!

This The reason I booked this hotel was for its atmosphere. However, the hotel covered the windows behind our bed, and we didn’t dare open the window in the bathroom because it would have heated up the entire room. As a result, we ended up with a room without a view.

This hotel was one of 6 we stayed in across Taiwan. It was the only one that really disappointed us, and the only one we would not visit again. The hotel itself is dated and the lobby, hallway, and our room had unpleasant odors. The staff were helpful, though. For example, we raised concerns about a smoky smell after we checked in, and promptly received an air purifier. However, the hotel and its amenities are not honestly advertised. See photo: the "fitness centre" is a tiny treadmill and elliptical in a closet-sized room. Beautiful view from our floor, but we would not recommend.

Wonderful Stay
This was our second time staying here and it did not disappoint. We enjoy the location and the beautiful view of Love River. The LRT is just a few minutes walk away and there are plenty of restaurants literally right outside, as well as within walking distance. The playroom is great for the kids, just remember to bring socks. Breakfast was adequate, but enough to feed hungry children before heading out for the day. We will be back next year again.

I was very pleased with my stay at Harbour 10 and it’s an easy walk to Love Pier and Glory Pier which both have great views in the day time and at night. The breakfast buffet was good and had plenty of variety of western and Asian foods. The only thing I wasn’t completely satisfied with was a slight damp or unpleasant smell in the lobby. But there’s also a small Starbucks in the Lobby and a 7-11 too. Overall great place to stay
