フロントの体制がよくわかりませんでした
このホテルのフロントには一部の時間帯しか担当者がおらず、役割や立場はわかりませんが同じ部屋の隣席に中国語しか話さない女性がいて、電話で担当者を呼び出してくれます。数分後には担当者がやってきて対応してくれました。お世話になったのはチェックインの際と、チェックアウトの前日にチェックアウトについて質問したときだけで、特に支障はありませんでしたが、システムが理解できず戸惑いました。チェックアウトは鍵をテーブルの上に置いてドアを開け話しておいて下さい、ということだったので、フロントには誰もいなくても問題ありませんでした。
