Excellent choice near the train station. The hotel seems well run with competent friendly service. The room was clean and comfortable We enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a huge choice of nice well presented food. Everything was fresh. The coffee and tea, biscuits and ice cream in the lobby was a very nice touch. The supper buffet was an unexpected bonus, it offered quite a bit of food too.

Decent Stay

I have very high expectation to the hotel as it listed as 4-stars hotel. However, when I got there, it looks more like a hostel. That doesn't bother me much. The room has this smell in it, and the cleanness doesn't meet the 4-stars hotel par. Overall, I'm fine with it for the amount I paid for this hotel. They do have a decent breakfast and they have free snacks, ice cream, and late snack. Their location is very close to the night market which is good.

Great service. I called for extra bottle of water and even though they explain they are unable to get them to me soon because they lack of manpower. They still call to check back again when they have more manpower.

Central, convenient to access to different places.

There are a few Kindness hotels in the neighbourhood and nearby each other. For this hotel, it is convenient to walk to either Formosa Boulevard station and Kaohsiung main station. Overall, convenient and centralised. In the neighbourhood, there are eateries, supermarket and Liuhe night market. The hotel provides free flow of ice cream, cakes, tea and coffee which guest can enjoy. Also there is breakfast and dinner include too. Although the menu are pretty similar, we found it is a really great deal. We totally enjoy our 7 nights stay in Kindness hotel. Thank you.

Hotel staffs service is good. Free high tea and ice cream. Free supper. Free DIY laundry. Room is neat and spacious. location is within 10 min walk to the bus and train stations. I have a great stay there.
