優秀服務的五星飯店

服務非常優秀，夜間櫃檯服務十分到底，夜晚隔壁嬰兒吵鬧，反應後馬上協助換房，不找藉口不拖延，且是接電話的人員前來關心並協助搬行李，責任分工這樣很棒！人員都十分友善，沒有ㄧ點不耐煩，著實感謝！（當時已晚上十點）客房乾淨度、早餐都很好！若要說什麼點是需要加強的，我想是一樓入口處沒有明顯櫃檯和接待人員，得自行問餐廳的人才知曉如何上25樓的櫃檯辦理入住。

衛浴用品有衛生問題的疑慮

有點驚訝，這個飯店的衛浴用品居然是跟前一個客人共用、沒有鎖在牆上限制開啟！ 等於隨便人都可以打開沐浴乳，洗髮乳跟護手霜的旋轉開口，誰知道裡面的衛生程度這個？疑慮實在太大了！ 這部分做得很不OK！

硬體設備很fancy,隔音與細節可以再加油

CI時的FD很親切服務周到⋯ 房間寬敞明亮，整體空間設計還不錯👍 只是在廁所更衣區看不到電視⋯⋯ 床跟枕頭很舒服， 但是吧⋯隔音效果蠻糟的！ 整晚都在聽水流聲⋯ 水管系統隔音可以再加強，門片也是！ 隔壁房的人半夜還在敲門&大聲喧嘩⋯⋯ 各位～如果你在房內按了「請勿打擾」，請房客出去要帶房卡，因為電鈴不會響！！（設了勿打擾啊！！） 從11點開始忍了兩小時，半夜一點左右打給服務中心反應，後續到2點多才安靜（應該終於冷靜睡著） CO時FD很冷淡⋯收完房卡就結束了⋯⋯⋯ 五星飯店的服務就有點讓人失望⋯ 沒有想要怎麼補償，只是有了這個紀錄，是不是要後續跟進一下？ 虧我CI時還看到主管在跟員工（？）在演練CO情境對話⋯⋯結果真的就是演演而已😅沒遇到啊！
