The location is excellent. They provide a pass for the public parking garage for $21, which is a very good deal. The hotel also provides beach chairs and an umbrella, but you need to carry them to and from the beach yourself.

We absolutely love the blend of serene Japanese design, world-class food, and classic Miami style. What makes this place truly legendary is the staff. Year after year (it's been almost 10 years), they welcome my husband and me with genuine warmth and unpretentious, flawless service. We cannot recommend it highly enough and are already planning our next stay!

Realice mi reservación, llegué al hotel y nunca apareció mi reservación en el sistema del hotel. Me comuniqué con expedía y ellos me indicaron que todo estaba bien, pero el hotel nunca me dio solución. Espere al rededor de 1 hora y media mi grupo y yo.
