We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sheraton Kaua'i Coconut Beach Resort. The room was great (despite the too soft pillows) and the property was well equipped. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome. Would definitely recommend this resort to others.

Excellent beach. Friendly staff. Gave credit for a days resort fee due to uncleanliness in the bathroom. Little things like a broken toilet paper holder, long hair on floor in the corners of the bathroom and lounge area, little drawer space for a week long stay unless you live out of your luggage? Struggling to put suitcases into our rental car, the staff just watched at 5:15 a.m. !!

Island Living in Style

Loved this stay! Absolutely beautiful rooms and beach. They have different activities depending on the day- loved the night of making s’mores by the pool. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. This had a relaxing pool and beach that was not as crowded as other resorts. We had the breakfast buffet in the mornings and got food from the beachside bar- all of the food was very good. Renting the complimentary beach chairs for the day was also very easy and we were able to take them to local beaches. The parking lot is large but it was very full our last night and hard to find a spot.

Booked a stay with confirmation number…we flew into Kauai late only to find they didn’t have a room for us. There were no other rooms available on island which left us homeless for a night! This is more of a review for HOTELS.com. I definitely would not trust booking through these guys again. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!

This resort has become our next favorite. Very clean & beautiful. Many activities and the pool is wonderful. You can take a nice stroll on the trail and follow the beautiful beaches. Our room was very clean & spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Employees in all areas were very friendly. We plan to return there soon.

Wonderful resort with fine and casual dining options. The grounds are beautiful with perfect access to the beach. The free bikes were pretty cool. Staff were friendly and they have a laundry area. Better than average resort without paying luxury prices.

All I can say is WOW. We loved our stay at Sheraton Coconut Beach. All the staff were so sweet and accommodating. Karen at the excursion desk gave us open and honest local advice. We even found a great vegan restaurant (Russell’s) because of her recommendation. The restaurant bar and coffee bar both had great food. The area was clean safe and convenient. No complaints at all. This was a truly great trip!

This is a very nice property in a great area (Kapaa). The location is fairly central and easy to access. It’s also next to the Coconut Marketplace which was very helpful. (The ABC Store has some good supplies, souvenirs and groceries.) There’s a Safeway nearby as well. The grounds and landscape was gorgeous, the room was clean and the room was fairly quiet at night.

We are Gold Elite members and owners at Westin. Chose to use Expedia because this was a lot minute trip. We chose an ocean view room with a king size bed. When we checked in a king size bed was not available. We were told they only guarantee the view not the bed. Really why have it on the website if it isn’t available? Def, false ad. We asked the lady (Virgie) at the front desk to upgrade us and we would pay the difference. Without checking, she said there was nothing available. I checked on line and there was availability. 2 days later, I complained at the front desk. The lady at the front desk Pio I think was her name said, there was availability. So what’s going on? Will I ever stay at this place or recommend this place? No way! And their breakfast was ok. Portuguese sausage were undercooked, coffee tasted burnt and their pineapple were hard and unripe. I felt nauseated after eating breakfast. Some of the staff were very helpful. Unfortunately, the hotel was subpar..
