Musty smell in the room. Pillow case smelled as if it wasn't changed. Pictures of the place deceivingly look good. But nothing like it in person. The place looks old. But have to admit price is good, and a good location as a base to visit the north, south and west.

The staff were very friendly and very accommodating to make our stay enjoyable. Our room was quite comfortable with a kitchen and separate bedroom although there were a few areas needing minor repair and painting.

Staff is extremely friendly & knowledgeable one AC did not work & second room. AC was adequate, but could’ve been a little colder. property was in good shape

Location good hotel very average

Somewhat remodeled hotel, not a resort. Do not bring your kids no beach and beach swimming. Located on water but unable to swim due to rocks and break. AC needs upgrade and was there for three days and was offered no housekeeping service. Was handed towels and they never came to room to ask if I needed service. Very very poorly done. For the price I would look at other options.

The property is just old and the rooms are very small for two non married people even though they had two beds. They try hard to keep it clean but remodeling is necessary. All in all it was a good stay

The breakfast could use a few more selections and a coffee pot. The amenities were unique and nice! The bikes, morning yoga as well as the pool were nice to have! As well as the unique welcoming gifts. The cleanliness of the room was just okay. Noticed lots of dirt that was just missed as well as the room smelled of mildew.

The ISO is a great affordable option to some of the other overblown resorts in the area. Rooms are clean and comfortable, staff is helpful, and the hotel is conveniently located close to some great restaurants and island excursions. While it may not have the bells and whistles of nearby options, it has a pool, a great continental breakfast, and EVERY room is ocean-view.

A little tired the property is, but with free bikes, a pool and great views to the beach- we were satisfied. Breakfast has some fresh fruit, sweet yogurt and bakery items. Staff were hit and miss (afternoon shift was lovely).
