Loved the ocean view from my room. The room was clean and staff was super friendly and helpful to all my questions. Most importantly to me was that the walls were thick or insulated enough that i couldn't hear any of the adjacent neighbors through them.

It's a great hotel, near the airport and the main road to go anywhere in Kauai. I will definitely stay there again.

Loved this place. We enjoyed our room, staff was always nice and friendly. Loved being able to check the bikes out. For the price for the ocean view, you can’t beat it. Would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location very nice staff , our ac unit was faulty However with it only being a 2 night stay it wasn’t worth the hassle, they were extremely friendly I’m sure if I pushed the issue they would have dug into it, also was fully booked

The view was okay and also the pool. We only stayed 2 nights instead of 4 nights we moved to another hotel nearby ,the room smells bad & carpet very old ,need renovation ,no bar no restaurant because they’re under renovation. The front lobby was also not nice .I m not recommending to stay in this hotel .

The rooms were clean but the property is run down in a few areas. Customer service was good but one of the ladies at check didn’t appear to like her job. I don’t have her name but she was the middle aged blond lady. Everyone else was wonderful.

Correct pour le prix, bien placé + parking gratuit

Nous étions au rez-de-chaussée avec une vue sur la piscine. Le petit déjeuner, n'était pas du tout ce quoi nous nous attendions, muffin, lait au chocolat en briquette. Le café/thé devait se faire directement dans la chambre. La chambre en elle-même était correct. Mais nous étions vraiment bien placé et point bonus le parking était gratuit.

Really loved views of the ocean suite, nice grounds & beach next door was never busy. As others mentioned, our King reservation was not guaranteed so we almost ended up in a double. Be sure to call ahead & confirm what you expect. No coffee in the lobby available, not even during the grab & go breakfast. Small in-room pot only. Nice perks of sunrise yoga, and having bikes for use as long as one is available that is your size since the seats don't adjust. East parking. Great spot to explore Kauai by car, would stay here again!

We only stayed here a short time, but the rooms were clean and functional. The pool is nice for lounging. You can get free bikes in the lobby; the hotel is near Ke Ala Hele Makalae Path, so it is really easy to go for a bike ride along the coast with your family. The hotel has a sea wall so you can't get into the ocean right in front of the hotel, but you can access the beach and walk on the sand at the two neighboring resorts.

Great location but dated.

The pros: great location - could not be closer to the ocean. Sound of the waves at night was awesome. Friendly staff and nice paths to walk. Cons: dated rooms with a musty smell. Not much space and the outside needed some updates. Parking is cramped.

Pros: Overlooking the beach. We had a pretty nice view for a decent price. There’s breakfast but it’s just cereal, muffins, apples .. can’t complain since it’s free but wish there were more options. Cons: AC wasn’t blowing cold at all. Checked into a very warm room. Outdated bathroom. Walk-up building only. Uncovered parking. FYI: Very low ceiling / ceiling fan so taller people have to be careful. Our friend whacked his hand pretty hard on it just stretching lol.
