Excellent clean and warm room.

We had the most comfortable 4 day stay at Ratanui. Everything was better than expected! What made the stay exceptional was the amazing staff. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and right at home. The chefs and the menu were such an unexpected surprise! The food and presentation so far exceeded our expectations. 5 stars all the way!

Great Room

I booked a no window room which I wasn’t used too but the room was still surprisingly cosy

Absolutely luxurious stay and great service when you’re travelling to and from Wellington AirPort. We flew in very late and enjoyed room service and a comfortable bed and comfortable room 😊 so convenient 💯

Great location and clean and tidy

Sadly with restaurant no liquor licence during our stay Also spa baths in both rooms but not allowed to use Said someone once flooded we are builders and no water stains under our ones I was therefore sad I couldn’t enjoy my stay Lady very friendly and helpful at desk very kind The other ones (men) weren’t so helpful
