Absolutely horrible!! Nauseating stench in the halls and room! Carpet was dirty in the room & large hole in the carpet. Drywall had water damage. The phone was incredibly unclean. There were no comforters! Hair on the blanket ….all around GROSS and did not stay!! The rating was not accurate at all. I have photos and will be seeking a refund from Expedia

This second stay the room was dark and not too clean. it also did not have direct access to the vehicle as the case in my first stay. The front-desk staff could be a bit more talkative as well as we had trouble locating the unit.

I like the room which connects to the outside directly to your vehicle the way motels should be. I'm happy about the stay as it was difficult to find accommodation in the middle of nowhere.

The stay was a nightmare as it was really hot and the room given to us was having broken AC. The fridge door was not closing because of too much ice accumulation in the freezer chamber, therefore all of our extra food got rotten. The bathroom was missing all toiletries. There are two types of rooms at this hotel. One is a room that has a door to the outside and a window. The second type on the lower floor has a small window like a basement apartment. So staying in one of those rooms is like staying in a dingy basement room, poor lighting, no comfortable chair to sit in. The toilet didn't flush properly. The was the worst room we had on a 17 night roadtrip.

The property is very nice. Agent at desk friendly. The room size and bed comfortable. The only thing think I did not like was the carpet. Tiles might be a better option. The sheets on bed appeared clean. Bathroom and tub clean. Overall great.
