Karacaoren Vacation Packages

We stayed at Isnova for one night after a late night arrival at Antalya Airport. We chose the hotel due to its proximity to the airport. The good: - Rooms were clean and well laid out. We were given slippers and water bottles in the room. - Beds were comfortable and room relatively quiet. We were able to have a good night rest - Breakfast was decent and had a good spread of items. - Reception was polite and we were given the room promised. It was all as expected. The not so good: - Communication prior to our arrival was not good. We could not get any helpful info from hotel on half board and dinner options, including times dinner is served. We also needed some advice on where to get milk for baby as it was our first time in town. We didn't manage to get any response - The hotel sent a message on hotels.com offering airport transfer for EUR 10. I contacted them to book transfers and they then said EUR 15 and gave me contact number of driver to deal with directly. I contacted driver and he said EUR 18. Very conflicting info. When I then told driver travelling time, he said he's not available. We ended up taking the yellow taxis outside the airport which was super easy and quick. It cost EUR 15. Overall, I would stay again for a one night trip if travelling late/early.

Everything was excellent apart from front desk reception No manners no respect and did not recognise what is Expedia platinum member ( this title frankly useless) On three occasions checking in checking out and asking for umbrella the fri t desk receptionist was awful however when complained the assistant manager sorted out but I can’t allow anyone to disrespect us

I’ve been coming here for over 15 years. The place is spotless, staff are very friendly and the food and drink quality is outstanding.

Everything was great! My mom loved it!

We had a lovely stay at Limak Lara and really enjoyed our experience. The hotel was great, and the facilities made our stay enjoyable and relaxing. There was a small issue with the hot tub, but the staff resolved it straight away, which we really appreciated. The team were helpful and responsive, making sure everything was sorted quickly. Overall, we had a great stay and would happily recommend Limak Lara to others!

Got a swim up room, paid $ 825 to Hotel for the upgrade, at the end pool was not heated, we couldn’t use it , it was freezing water. Food by the pool very bad, front desk doesn’t inform you of amenities you discover on your own. Nice property , poorly staffed. HR manager should be fired, the Jerk need to make his employees smile, and welcoming customers. Turkey 👎 on customer service
