Overall, a decent stay. The staff and team… top notch. A+. The hotel itself could use a little love. Not bad in any way, but just tired. The room was nice. But the bathroom could use a bit more light (old eyes), and a couple more hooks. Totally little things, but again, just nitpicks. The staff was awesome. Helpful, friendly, and great overall. The casino could use a bit more ventilation. A bit smoky. Free parking was a nice touch. Funk band in the casino was on point. The shrimp tacos at the pool…truly gourmet. Take away…we’d stay here again, but because of the team, not the hotel.

Paid for higher floor strip view. Got 5th floor non strip view. But the queue is so insane i didnt even bother to complain...never going here again..

Had been to Ft. Lauderdale and wanted to check for a decent none night stay in Miami and found this hotel Thro Expedia . Expedia rated this high and happy that we chose this place . Nice location. 5 mins off the beach . The beach is just walkable from this hotel. Very good service . The guy in lobby was very helpful . There was a donminos pizza next door , which was very useful for kids. Amenities were decent . They had an outdoor swimming pool . Slightly smaller .. there were 2-3 families swimming and it was almost full :) washer dryer worked but it was good .. elevator was small and sometimes slow . We didn’t find a gym. No complimentary breakfast.. parking was a bit wierd and cramped ! They charged per night which was slightly expensive . The rooms were awesome ! It was good sized for the price . Also had a kitchen.. though we didn’t use the kitchen , it is very good to have , just incase . Bed was comfortable .. bathrooms were neat . Price wise I think this room was very good and value for money . Wanted to give 3 , but just for the room and pricing , I’m giving it a 4 . Good experience overall .

Things to know: it’s managed by nearby restaurant so it’s important that you check in during certain hours so they can greet you! Loved the location and property

Overall a great experience. Checking in was a breeze. The rooms are nice. Bathroom shower had hair so obviously not cleaned well.

I really enjoyed myself and gave me a home like environment and feeling they were very clean. Staff was willing to work with me when I had an issue with the people upstairs. Their water were leaking in my room. They took care of it right away that it expeditiously, they didn’t have me wait no time I really enjoyed the service and the amenities and the place. Thank you so much and I will be returning and trying to get a timeshare, this is brought to you through via voice text on Miss Collins, Apple iPhone.

Rooms are so tiny. Very noisy. You can hear everybody walking in and out. Parking was extra fee. They have no parking structure. Not bad for a place. Just not great.
