We visited for our first day in Tashkent, we were completely new and we had a hard time communicating with s lot of people here in Tashkent. But the staff was very helpful and we got to store our luggage 3 hours before checking in which gave us a lot of new opportunities. The staff speak well English and are very helpful in any case. We even got the ability to store our luggage even after our stay ended. Thank you so much Noor hotel, it was a pleasure. 10/10 we recommend very much

What I loved about this apartment was location. Tashkent City Close to everything. Beautiful spacious apartment . All new modern design. Communication with host was easy and he was super accommodating. He sent us breakfast which was a real nice gesture and was appreciated. I recommend this apartment 100 percent. I would definitely go back on my next visit.

Breakfast menu was good. To make it even better would be nice to add more milk products , carbonated water and fresh lemon slices. Gym room doesn't have attendance person always nobody there to help and safety check. Room cleaning perfect. Staff 99% friendly and very helpful.

Outstanding Hospitality and Exceptional Front Desk Team! My stay at Rauza Hotel was wonderful, largely thanks to the exceptional reception staff. They are incredibly well-trained and truly go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Their professional attitude, paired with genuine politeness and clear communication, made a lasting impression. I especially want to extend a warm thank you to Shohjahon and Salohiddin at the front office desk, their outstanding service and attentiveness directly convinced me to prolong my stay and book an extra night. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Tashkent!

Hotel good, staff very friendly, not very crowded , food good , road to hotel need to be improved.

The room we got was a tiny one and hardly have any space left to move after we place the luggage - The carpet was run down -The information on website about 24 hours airport shuttle was a hoax as they just ask you to call taxi - The hotel restaurant is the only eating place which have half of the menu items N/A- the rest pretty expensive and priced based on US rates ( in Uzbakistan !!!)- The basic dine in for two is around 40-50 USD -The water bottles are sold for a price - so; for a airport hotel the price I paid was not worth it - for a country where majority of amenities are very cheap— sorry !!
