Check in and check out was so easy. When I lost my card key they just gave me a new one without any problem. Super kind and easy check in process! The rooms were large and spacious. Directly across train station! Convenient!
Comfortable apartment with good beds. Location is excellent, area is busy, but windows isolate well.
Our apartment had a kitchen, but it was badly equipped. No coffeemachine (though the instant coffee was excellent), no microwave. No usable pans; lots of knives and forks, no spoons. Fridge had no shelves, so everything had to be piled up. Bathroom was nice and new. Would we stay there again? Perhaps.
Room itself was serviceable, however WiFi was non-existent (the booklet explaining steps to connect in the room was possibly out of date as no routers were listed with the names given) - when trying to connect to the bar guest WiFi this cut out continously.
Both nights I stayed the garden furniture was dragged quite loudly across the floor at around 11pm which wasn't the most conducive of sleep. For the price the room is very central, but a lack of air conditioning combined with the low air flow even with one window opened meant it was very difficult to get a good sleep.
Overall I'd say the hotel is probably fine (albeit a bit expensive) in the Spring/Autumn/Winter time, but one to avoid during the height of summer.

Rooms were comfortable enough, although there was some glitter our room that had clearly not been cleaned up from a previous stay.
Wish we had been told at the time of booking that the breakfast area and way to get into the hotel room had been converted into an active COVID testing site.
Check in a bit strange - was in the restaurant, but staff were friendly and helpful. We had an apartment - only negative being there is no air con and it was a really hot night. We were given a fan though, so this is really minor- the apartment was lovely and spacious. Parking was easy right next to the zoo 6 euro for 24 hours. Lovely restaurant with terrace outside. Great place.
So a bit of an issue for the covid era. Check in is in a bar. So not really a hotel. Facilities quite outdated. Location amazing. Paid for street parking is 6 euros for 24 hours around the corner.
the reception remembered our request (room with bathtub), so we could remove the tiredness by bath.
Also room is clean and wide.

The room was comfortable except that, even though it was a non-smoking room, it smelled of smoke. I informed the reception immediately so that I would not be accused of smoking and they were very apologetic. Another problem is that a city employee used a leaf blower under my window at 7AM on a Sunday. The hotel should negotiate alternatives with the city instead of simply blaming them.
