Really good. Quiet, comfortable room with fantastic shower. Nice reception and bar area that did a very decent cocktail. Right near the station, which is in turn a short tram or walk from Karlsruhe center. Excellent value. Compared to Premier Inns in the UK, which we are more familiar with, this is so so much better for much less cost! Thanks very much and keep up the great work.

Good stay when you are an the road

Friendly staff. Everything you need. Solid and clean. Parking at level-1 only 15€. Completely quiet room despite the proximity to the railway. Good breakfast. We will stay there next time for sure.

Hotell nära stationen, bra om man skall åka tidigt. Tog 20 min att promenera in till centrum. Väl bemötta och fick rummet tidigare eftersom det var klart.

Vi kom på kvällen när det var mörkt från tågstationen, som är nära. Hotellet ligger lite ensligt men vi såg hotellskylten på sidan av byggnaden dock såg hotellet såg helt nersläckt ut. Extremt dålig belysning utanför entrén och på parkeringen. Men när vi kom in så var det en väldigt välkomnande lobby och reception. Rummet var ombonat, rent och trevligt. Saknade duschdörr, svårt att undvika att det kommer vatten på golvet utanför. Lämnade bagaget som märktes med tags i bagagerummet, mycket bra.

Wirklich zentral gelegen, so dass man Innenstadt, Bahnhof und Stadion gut erreichen kann. Toll ist, dass im Zimmer Kaffee und Tee zur Verfügung steht. Etwas schade finde ich das Einsparen des Personals an der Bar. Eine so tolle Bar sollte besetzt sein. Wir hatten eigentlich Lust dort etwas zu trinken, aber der Rezeptionist musste ständig hin und her rennen. So blieb das Restaurant leider leer.

Very cozy room and extremely comfy bed and pillows! The service was good and the location is a big plus, since the main station is few meters away. Everything clean, silent and spacious bathroom, the only bad side is the water pressure in the shower.
