I was sick. The staff was very helpful! I wanted a clear soup and the kitchen staff made one specifically for me! I’m grateful for that as I was on liquid diet and couldn’t have eaten anything else!

This is an excellent hotel. They know what 5 star actually means: cleanliness, efficiency, attention to detail and exceptional service. I was really impressed. A hotel like this deserves the right kind of guests, those who are equally courteous and show respect for the property. I would advise travellers to be respectful of the property and not feel entitled to do what they wish and act as they wish. Hotels don’t stay world class by themselves, they require guests who show respect and courtesy to the staff and the property. I hope that will be the case with this hotel.
