Roomy apartment, sofa beds were quite comfortable. Well furnished with essentials for our stay. Train lines were a bit noisy but not excessively so.

As a North American traveller, I understand Japanese hotels will be smaller so I'm going to negate that from the review. It was clean, it had everything listed and the washer dryer combo was VERY helpful. We had 5 guests and they only had 4 pillows. Asked for another pillow and they had none. So room for improvement on that one. But overall it was a good stay. Staff were helpful and understood English well generally. I would say if you have 4 guests go for it. 5 or more will be tight.

Was an ok stay - was expecting a bit more from the price per night.
Our room also had empty clear plastic bags on the floor when we arrived that made us question cleanliness
