Very central location and extremely warm staff. Older facility with no elevator and no on-site parking (which is why I booked this place) - but I was directed to free on-street parking that worked out in the end.

A family feel- which is important to me! Loved the neighborhood it was in!

We had a great stay here. It’s a historic property that has been restored with real passion and care. It’s really close to the heart of old town Tbilisi with loads of great eating and drinking options as well as sites to see and visit. It’s also quiet so you won’t be disturbed by the noise of life in Tbilisi. On the days we went to the pool we had it to ourselves and could enjoy the sun terrace and amazing views together.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone! The hotel is exceptionally clean, with stunning views and a perfect location in the heart of Old Tbilisi, close to the famous sulfur baths. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was excellent. The cocktails served on the 7th-floor terrace were amazing, and the food was outstanding. Every evening, we enjoyed the breathtaking views and wonderful atmosphere from the terrace. A very special touch was the warm welcome we received at check-in. We were gifted traditional Georgian sweets and a bottle of Georgian wine, something we have never experienced at any other hotel. It made us feel truly welcomed and added a unique local touch to our stay. The rooms are comfortable, and the bathrooms are fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay. Double deluxe room is not as per pictures - there’s 3 in the property that accurately reflect, all others have a closed off traditional balcony. Staff not solution oriented, smoking at front door, sleeping on chair in reception. Property is not well kept, cats roaming around, carpets frayed, walls marked and damaged. Black out curtains, not really..! The major plus is the breakfast - fresh, varied and tasty and generally can’t fault it at all

We booked one of two rooms that had a jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was dirty and couldn't be used. They moved us to another room at midnight, no assistance. The wifi did not reach our room and we needed to work, so we had to work from the restaurant downstairs during night hours. The breakfast was underwhelming. The service in the restaurant was not great. I checked in a few hours early and was charged for a half day even though the other room that was like ours was empty. I complained to Expedia and Expedia did not help.
