The staff were very friendly, beautiful location but the hotel needs to be renovated (rooms), very noisy rooms as the wind kept us awake, windows rattling! The shower door leaked a lot and the bathroom floor got very wet behind the basin area and under the bin. Overall we feel the resort is overpriced.

Some staff are selective and seems they don't know about surrounding properties and amenities. The maps were not comprehensive. The promotional photos were deceiving and not worth the price we paid. The beddings were terrible. There were no options on tv channels not even a simple cable channels to name a few

A little disappointing. I have stayed previously and thoroughly enjoyed my experience, however this time my experience was quite average. Common areas are gorgeous, but my room was far from “luxurious”. While clean, it was simply not up to the standard I’d expect from a 5 star establishment.

Beautiful old hotel walkable to the 3 sisters. The hotel is showing its age in some areas including the bathroom, carpets and windows but this adds onto the old fashioned charm. Breakfast was quite busy and very limited selection, staff were all very polite. Parking is also quite difficult during busy days.

Weekend retreat

Great stay. The resort is walking distance to the 3-Sister lookout. The staff are very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was great with multiple healthy choices.
