Not a 5 star hotel , we ok but more like holiday home . Ants on both levels, room cleaning wasn’t done everyday .

She consistently went above and beyond and made us feel like valued guests rather than just another room number. I’d also like to recognize the incredible breakfast team. Their friendliness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Exceptional service is what transforms a great hotel into an unforgettable experience, and the team at Vertali did exactly that. Was beautiful, breakfast was lovely and staff were kind.

Really good hotel. It’s a boutique and therefore you are treated especially well by the staff and family who own the hotel. The location is by the coast with 5min walk to a lovely beach area. Breakfast is good and the gym is ideal. The massage chairs are a great touch and very useful. The rooms are very good size with kitchen and with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. A very good and calm place to stay and Heraklion is very nearby.

Great location. Parking easy and close. Walk to good restaurants and to the beach. Excellent staff! Would definitely recommend!
