帰省により宿泊。 夕食、朝食と料理の味は美味しかった。 その他は不満。子供が小さい為、和室をお願いしましたが、畳はシミだらけ、クロスはヒビ割れて剥がれかかっている。 ホテル自体が古いのは仕方ないが、長い時間過ごす居室が綺麗であってほしい。 出迎えのクロークもおらず、居室までの案内もなし、サービスも良く無いのに、1人2万以上の料金は割に合わないと感じる。 リピートはない。 2年前に宿泊した近隣の湯瀬ホテルの方が良かった印象。

初めての秋田旅行で利用しました。きりたんぽの発祥の地ということで夕食で地元の美味しいきりたんぽ、比内地鶏など素晴らしかったです。温泉も広くて、疲れを癒すことができました。スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、快適に過ごせました。

貴重な宿だと思います。大部屋が取れて本当に助かりました。あちこち汚れが目立ち、風呂場の脱衣所の髪の毛とかがとても気になりました。朝の食事のスタッフさんの対応はとても良かったのでトータル楽しい旅となりました。
