Clean, convenient, friendly staff. Some wear of room, soft goods and cabinetry. Probably normal for the age of the property. One room in the hall was closed for refurbishment, so probabbly room is on the list. Left before breakfast so no opinion, but it looked good, plenty of hot options.

Rooms were a bit sparse. No directory of restaurants or information, no tv guide. TV didn't give the station, just the number. No extra chair for sitting/reading as in the past. Don't go too cost cutting chain companies, lots of competition for business

Clean and well taken care of property. Everything was in good condition and the rooms are small but comfortable. Service left a little to be desired. Got a text asking me to reach out if I needed anything after settling in. I did need the Wi-Fi password so asked for it. After an 11 minute delay I received the following response, "We apologize for the delay, a front desk agent will respond to you shortly." I never heard anything else. Went to shower the next morning and found that I had been given two body lotions and zero shampoo. Continental breakfast was standard fare, but no fresh fruit. When I asked about it the reply was that they had run out the previous day...

The room was clean but there was a distinctive musty smell. The pool area was nice. There was a wide variety for breakfast. The whole hotel is due for an update, many cracks, scratches and dings.

We arrived during a thunderstorm so tired from the driving. GPS made it easy to find. The staff was very accommodating at our arrival. Room was clean and large. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast had many choices.
