On the road
Room comfortable, however noise carries from floor above with heavy walkers and what sounded like children running hallway or room. This went on for 30+ minutes mid evening and then early morning. Could hear water running in room next to us.

This hotel is conveniently located near gas stations, restaurants, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful. Although we did not travel with a pet this trip, the hotel is very accommodating to those traveling with pets. We stay here often and always have a trouble free stay.

The room overlooked the lobby. The tile floor in the entrance of the room needs work. The floor tiles were uneven and not securely attached. But this is small compared to loud gathering in the lobby area that went until 3:00 AM. Very loud and boisterous. The irony is that we had to sign a waiver for the dog we were traveling with agreeing to pay a $50 fine if the dog barked but apparently parties in the lobby on a week night until 3:00 AM are acceptable.

I like staying at this hotel because of the location; however, my room was on the ground floor, and there was a bush with Christmas lights right outside my window. I couldn't get the blinds/curtains to shut all the way. It lit up our entire room. This and young kids running around kept me awake late into the night.

The pool is way too cold to use.
Overall the hotel was nice and clean. We booked 2 rooms at this location because we had kids staying with us and they were very excited to use the pool. The pool water was so cold that you could not get into it. There were some other people there but all in the hot tub with their kids. Some of the adults came back later to use the hot tub but it had to be closed because the family that was in it earlier let their kids use the hot tub like a toilet. The kids should not have been allowed in the hot tub. Overall very disappointing. If you say you have a pool make sure it is usable.
