Nice enough!
I like the consistency of Microtels. We appreciate the abily to have our dog with us. We travel often and he always goes with us. The breakfast was decent. The rooms are space enough. My only complaint, this time, is the room smelled pretty musky. I think a dog marked the a/c unit because that's where the smell was coming from.

Our stay here definitely had its pluses. In addition to our clean and comfortable room, we encountered 2 special touches: a night light in the bathroom and a cozy window seat looking out (from the third floor) to the trees prefect for reading. Equally impressive was an attendant's personal care and attention in the breakfast room.

This is a better-than-average roadside motel in the smallish town of Kearney. The room was impeccably clean but showed some signs of wear and tear. Toiletries were first rate. Breakfast was the typical offering of scrambled eggs, assorted breads, and make-your-own waffles. There were good restaurants nearby, many open until 10 pm which was a good thing for late arriving travelers. I would stay here again.
