Platinum Kedonganan Review

Service was amazing, staff are awesome. All of them. . Hotel very clean. 1 min walk to beach. Only downside was the breakfast catered heavily for Asians, plenty of ric, fried rice, and other Asian food and not for Westerners. No bacon. No fried tomato. No real sausages only mini hotdog style. So breakfast was a big disappointment. I will definitely review when booking in the future.

Staff team here are amazing, they all go that extra mile for you and have a smile. Very special mention for Angi every morning at breakfast she would check if any special requests required. Customer service is top notch, the reception area and the cleaners were superb. We ordered room service many time the bbq and breakfast just phenomenal. Very glad we stayed at the Hotel Platinum!

We had a lovely welcome to the hotel. The room was gorgeous, clean. The view out the front was the ocean!! But when we opened the side curtain, we saw an area that might have been a dump… so we closed that curtain. Had buffet dinner at sunset on the rooftop deck that was perfect. Had free welcome drinks. The next morning we ate breakfast near the lobby. Both buffets had wonderful selections and the servers could not have been more polite. I would return to the Hotel Platinum again!

We went to this property for our last night so we could be close to the airport due to an early flight. We chose the hotel because of its proximity to the beach. The check in was smooth and staff was nice. We ate at the restaurant - the food was not great and probably the worse meal we had whilst in Bali. The hotel has 2 pools as well as an access to the beach. All the loungers were being used at both pools - there isn't many, approx 10 per pool. We then went to the beach were we found once again that no lounger were available - again probably only 10 loungers out on the beach. We were told by staff that they would get us some loungers, awaited 15mins but couldn't see anything being organised. We finally got 2 loungers. Throughout the afternoon, multiple group/families looked for loungers but none were available. There was was only one staff from the hotel on the beach that day and quite difficult to find at times. The room was nice and bed comfortable. There is not a lot of good restaurant around the hotel so you will have to get a grab to places. Considering the size of the hotel the facilities are just not up to speed. Overall we would not stay in this hotel again.

One of the best

This was one of the best hotel stays I have experienced. From the minute we stepped in the door the service was exceptional. Every member of the team went out of their way to make our stay a great experience. The location is super, right on the beach. The food was great, especially the buffet breakfast. The room was amazing with a great view along the coast. Five stars all 'round.
