Our room smelled so bad like Indian curry food. It was infused in everything because if we put our clothes on a chair or bed they smelled like the awful food smell! My 3 kids complained the whole time. We were told there were no other rooms to get moved to. It was terrible. Very run down hotel in need of renovation and they need to deep clean smelly rooms

I am deeply disappointed with the service. I needed to cancel the booking and the hotel charged me anyway. At the moment I called them to cancel, they charged me. And Orbitz did NOTHING, even though I have been booking with Orbitz since over 20 years exclusively. I will in the future book my hotels somewhere else, and my flights, too. I should at least get some credit and not paying the full price for two hotel rooms, I never set foot in.

Although the hotel is smoke free- the first room we had smelled so badly of cigarettes we had to request a new room. The other room wa a better but shower was dingy, bedding/ blankets were meh & the overall look of the place was not worth the almost $400 for one night. There was also a wedding party staying there & they were loud at all hours & we stayed to get up @ 4am for the marathon. Overall way too expensive for the room & atmosphere.

I've stayed here before and it was above average. This time not so much, bathroom was a still dirty and the tub was gross. Shower head was VERY loose. Probably won't stay here again until they have a renovation or something else changes. Was kind of let down for a best western.
