Fantastic host who helped us store our luggage due to early arrival. The rooms had a great view of the palace gardens.

Thought this was a very lovely hotel. I appreciated the level of detail in the atmosphere and decor in the common areas. We stayed in a family room and it was very well maintained and appreciated. The touches such as a welcome note. Room was spacious and up to par. A drawback was parking needed to be reserved which was not immediately apparent in the reservation. Apparently welcome email is sent prior to arrival but if you are traveling prior to arrival, unlikely you will notice like happened for us. Turned out not to be too much of a big deal as there was a nearby public parking structure, which was actually cheaper. Another drawback was there is no Sunday dinner service other than bar food. Overall very much enjoyed my stay here. Excellent location within walking distance of major landmarks very happy and would stay again.

Lovely hotel opposite the train station with a spacious family room. Unique branding and super helpful staff. The area is a little bit mixed as expected near a station, but 10mins walk gets you to the river and old town.

Un des meilleurs lit de mon sejour en france. Belle chambre. Seul bémols, le bruit des travaux ma réveiller le matin. J ose croire que l hotel n est pas en travaux a l année longue 😉

Good location for Europa Park visitors. The restaurant and patio at the hotel are excellent. Lots of food options walking distance but not much else if that matters to you. Uber isn’t really available but transit is reasonably easy to figure out.

Excellent location, friendly staff, comfortable rooms, excellent AC and free refillable drinking water.

Staff were nice enough. But dark ans dreary.
