This was by far the most expensive place we stayed and we chalked it up to it being the first weekend of Golden week. Unfortunately, it was also by far the worst place we stayed. It's a converted apartment, which is a decent idea. The look over the canal was nice. The room cleanliness was not as described. See the attached photos to decide for yourself.

Great location, very clean, new and friendly staff. Worth to pay extra to upgrade to sauna room. Love the hotel.

Expedia sent a message that Legatio sent me a message that I never received. I was not aware that this was an unmanned facility so We had to wait for someone to open the front door to access the iPad/computer to register. Also we had a difficult time opening the door the next morning.

Very conveniently located/ near everything. We came in on the overnight ferry, and we brought our luggage over without problems. We also took advantage of their lobby cafe. We only had a short stay in Fukuoka but we enjoyed walking around the neighborhoods nearby.
