Keldur Vacation Packages

This was our first stop in Reykjavik and the staff were wonderful! Good recommendations for food (it's not downtown, but gas and groceries right there and an easy drive into the city). We had to leave early the next morning and they even packed a breakfast for us to take on the road. Would stay there any time!

Checking in was a puzzle. You have to go to the main office downtown to access any of the hotels

The room was very clean, and as party of 3 they had already prepared the extra bed for us which was very nice. The location was convenient especially if you’re driving a car, parking was available right in front (or in back) of hotel. We had an issue with our door code not working when we came back late at night (11:30pm) but I was able to use the monitor/device by the front door to call for help. She was able to quickly get it resolved.

Staff was extremely helpful but our room was not great. The balcony was unusable due to the floor bowing up. The shower drained very slow and the water would be ankle deep in the tub before you would be done showering. It also leaked under the glass wall causing the bathroom floor to be very wet. The blankets on the bed were very small and not long enough to cover your whole body.

Desk staff were very helpful in dealing with our very early arrival, also with suggestions for shopping for replacement for lost raincoat. Great suggestion for restaurant for dinner. Loved the location. DO NOT USE MY NAME

The hotel was conveniently located near the temple district and other sightseeing. Breakfast was great and the staff was friendly.

The location is great—you can walk to city center. The view from the high-floor room was amazing. On the day I stayed, the parking lot was closed due to construction, so I had to park at a nearby parking facility. Parking in Zone P4 was free from 4:00 PM to 8:00 AM. The front desk staff kindly explained everything to me.
