Curtains needed to be repaired.

This was a really nice room with a very comfortable mattress. The only issue was with the vertical blinds. A blind panel was missing in the center of the blinds. To provide privacy due to the gap, we had to hang a towel in its place. Clearly the management knew of this and still assigned it to guests.

Loved staying here. But only complaint is the room I was in, room 109, the WiFi did not work. WiFi would only connect if I stood by the window but could not use it while laying in bed. Overall very clean, bed was extremely comfortable… would definitely stay there again.

I feel really ripped off. I paid a high price for a "deluxe" room, but we were unable to use the shower or bath for the 2 nights we stayed. The man at the desk tried to fix the problem, but couldn't, and said there were no vacant rooms we could move to. I asked for at least a partial refund, but to no avail.

Super quiet.. clean.. dog friendly. Staff gave out free water and snacks. Places to walk and eat. Right before you get into the national park to Mt. Saint Helens.

I didn't think much of this place but when we went in the room it was fantastic. Gift room with a separate room for the hot tub, shower, and toilet. It was like purchasing two rooms for one that's how big it was. Very clean and inviting as well.

It was not bad but the outlet at the sink was not working. Had to take the hair dryer off the wall and put it in the wall outlet between the outside door and bed. It needs to be fixed. Carpet not real clean.
