Motel was convenient for a one-night stay with a reasonably comfortable room. Having a sofa was good for relaxing after a long drive. The main down side was that the noise from people in the room above talking and walking around came through to our room.

Didn't appreciate the town bypasses until now. After staying in Coffs Harbour, where the traffic noise was terrible Kempsey wss nice and quiet.

Dog friendly, clean, comfortable
Large room with ample accessories. While the hotel is old the rooms have been nicely renovated. We had a dog and there was a large grassed area available near the front of the hotel to give her some exercise.
