Easy parking. Sliding doors by the parking made for easy unloading and packing the car in the morning. Breakfast good and included egg rounds, sausage and potatoes. Was great for our one night pitstop. Close to stores and fast food plsces. Front desk and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay over again.
Drove from the hotel and checked out the famous fish statue in Kenora!

First time guest. Nice location. No corporate rates. I asked to be switched to ground level, was told no because Expedia has me booked in upstairs and there was nothing they were willing to do. For future purposes I asked for corporate rates for teachers or anything and there was none. I checked in and realized a dirty towel was in my room. I call down, no answer but she called back and come and grab the towel despite my concerns for an unclean room she took the towel and left. No offer for room change.

Very nice king bed rooms. We stayed in 2 different rooms, both very clean and well kept. It was a bit of inconvenience to have to switch rooms, but worked out okay.

After traveling 21 hrs we checked in with a less than professional looking, nor friendly staff member. When we got to our room we found it so so for cleanliness. Dirt on the comforter, hair in the bath tub and a blood stain on the bathroom wall. We were too exhausted to ask to change rooms so cleaned ourselves. The lady serving breakfast did nothing but complain. At check out, again non professional looking staff....the lady was wearing a baseball cap. We paid for an upgraded room which I really doubt it was
