The staff are rude not very accomadating they dont answer the phone waited 20+mins for the lift at times you have to vaccumm the entire apartment take the rubbish out and strip the beds before departure the wifi doesnt work at all the room had a wet carpet oddor The doors are rediculously heavy so hard to get luggage in to room

Room was clean. But bathroom facilities very old and rusty looking needs to be replaced. U do have bathroom noise from next door rooms so rooms not that soundproof. Location is great for transport amd city touring etc.

love that there’s parking near by and it’s affordable, great location, always clean and rooms are a good size, had a great view this time as well and staff are always friendly

Very accommodating and clean

Faulty Towers Melbourne. Their housekeeping don’t work past 14.30 as the services is outsourced and the hotel don’t want to pay overtime. I don’t know why you would ever inform a guest about this. One day we didn’t have linen, the other day we didn’t have towels. It all just became a laughing matter. We had 2 “connecting” rooms that connected in a hallway.
