Great hotel staff. Good location. A little bit of noisy neighbors. But overall great choice.

Entire property was very clean. Rooms are modest but comfort able and there was plenty of room for four. Would stay there again.

Beautiful boutique hotel on a beautiful street, rooms are very very clean and the shower is amazing. The evening waiter was very friendly and the breakfast staff were always attentive and the breakfast buffet was extensive and great quality and variety. Overall an excellent stay. Thank you.

Lovely hotel and grounds, food is lovely, room was spacious and clean staff at the desk and restaurant were fabulous.

Messaged Hotel for directions from airport,a few days ago no reply.Late checking due to flight delays and unable to locate Hotel. No refreshments available only water.Minibar empty.Went to shower in am ,wet in shower no shower gel or shampoo, container empty Also noticed light was out above shower.Breakfast was varied ,no one there to take room no or give directions on first morning.Plates cold and food luke warm then put on a cold plate.Chairs were big and cramped together, making returning to buffet difficult.I left to go eat outside. No slippers provided or bathrobe.I did manage to sleep.Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.Due to many, attention to detail issues I would rather this as a Hotel 3*

The staff was so helpful and knowledgeable. Mohamed was especially helpful with finding places to see and recommendations.

We were in one of the river view suites and it was incredible!! The balcony is huge and perfect! We spent every single evening out there watching the boats go back and forth. It could use a blanket or two, but otherwise it was perfect. The room was comfortable. Didn't learn until late in our trip that you can request different types of pillows (gel, lavender, etc), and I wish we had done that on day one. The lights are confusing lol, but I think that's a requirement of hotels now. The concierge was very helpful, very nice, and remembered us our whole stay. Definitely use the large tub, at least once!! If we make it back to Budapest, we'll hands down stay here again.
