Super friendly and helpful staff, room and generally around the hotel nice and clean. Great view from the restaurant. I wouldn't say this felt like a 5* hotel, maybe a 4* and location made it difficult to get cabs.

The hotel is really pretty and the view was amazing. The location is perfect and the staff very nice. Breakfast was good every day with lots of choices. The location is perfect for wandering to find food for dinner. There were Zillions of restaurants nearby. It was really fun.

The worst hotel we stayed in this trip. The hotel is old, nothing historic though. The staff are not friendly. Rooms are small. I would never stay at this hotel again.

The property was as good as the wonderful reviews, I had read about it. The staff was wonderful, the breakfast was exceptional, and the executive lounge was second to none.
