Our room was a Superior room, very clean and spacious. The staff on Reception and in the dining room were friendly and helpful. The hotel has nice grounds and plenty of car parking. It is ideally situated for the town.

Breakfast was excellent but fried eggs were over cooked and not nice. Fried eggs should have a nice soft runny h yolk a minor point which I am sure can be easily sorted

A superb hotel very close to Keswick. Beautifully appointed bedroom with comfortable beds. Food was amazing, nice bar staff, very helpful. Some of the waitresses in the main dining room could smile more & perhaps be taught silver service techniques but on the whole we had a fabulous time! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Lovely room. Keswick Suite has seperate sitting area in tower with panoramic views to the western hills. Meals were very good and the service was excellent. Shout out to the staff in all areas of the hotel for their friendliness and attention.

Beautiful building and grounds. Food was delicious - high quality. For breakfast, perhaps an alternative hot option to full English eg. Poached eggs, Benedict, Royale, Florentine ? However, the fruit, cereal, pastries and toast options were impressive. Dino g Room for both breakfast and dinner was stunning, with professional staff looking after us. Our room was very comfortable and quiet with superb views. Lots of comfy sofas around the bar area, so relaxing and private.

Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Booked a Junior Suite and the view of the mountains from the top floor was amazing - especially sunrise. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Great choice for buffet breakfast, lunch in the bar lounge and evening meal.

We stayed here for our mini-moon and couldn’t have picked a better place. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was so friendly and attentive - nothing was too much trouble, and we really felt looked after. The location is perfect, just a short 5-minute stroll into the town centre, yet it’s wonderfully peaceful and quiet. The food was a highlight: breakfast set us up perfectly for the day, and both the restaurant and bar offered delicious meals with a relaxed atmosphere. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and very grateful for such a lovely stay. Highly recommended - we’d definitely love to come back.

Very nice stay all staff attentive and friendly. Parking was a bit of an issue when we arrived we had to park it staff car park initially, some hotel guests had parked using 2 spaces!

Lovely hotel. Staff obviously care - reception, cleaners, bar tenders, team of waiting staff - all very friendly and efficient. Junior suite is just amazing. Lovely old bay window. Lovely views of garden and hills. Breakfast and evening meals were fantastic (and I’m very picky as a nutritionist). Very relaxing overall because it felt like everything was taken care of. We’ll be back.

Another excellent short stay.

We had 3 nights here and can only describe it as excellent. The staff were excellent, attentive and most of all engaging , the bar staff were brilliant it was like chatting with old friends. Our room 119 was imacculate, huge bed and very comfy.
