Just fine and close to fee

Hotel staff was nice but room was hot and the restaurant was not great. The shuttle is a really nice feature.

The front desk staff were winderfyl and as accommodating as they could be. The first nught, we were unable to locate the thermostat (it was hidden behind a lamp) and the front desk said it was turned off. So that first night was a little uncomfortable. But the SECOND night was ridiculous. There were 6 of us in our party and we gathered in the sitting area near our room #316. We did have beer with us. The "General Manager" first insulted us by "ensuring" we had a room at the hotel (we, in fact had 3). Then suggested we would be more comfortable if we all gathered in our room #316. I can understand if we were being rowdy but the average age here was 60 and we were not "partying". We did retire to our room. No problem UNTIL... There was an event occuring on the roof of the building - directly over our bed. The noise was deafening - particularly the "bass" The girl at the front desk was kind enough to dig up some ear plugs - not great but she tried. A room change was offered but it was 9:30 and I had hoped the noise would subside before any move could be completed. That experience was trying to say the least.

Close to the airport and ferry. The shuttle service is outstanding! The diner food is fantastic and the girls serving just run their butts off! Coffee is always full!

Very close to airport. Could watch planes take off and land. No airport noise, but, car traffic and some construction going on. 3 mile walk to downtown. However, transportation was provided by hotel if wanted. Handy to walk to town and get transportation back. Would stay there again.

Overall the room was clean as was the hotel. The staff in the restaurant seemed very fed up with management and was venting the entire time and the staff was overall just not into it. The menu was not accurate as they no longer offer some of the items anymore. The bed was comfortable but i found it tacky that they used a queen size or less headboard for a king sized bed. The shuttle driver was extremely nice and accommodating and helped out as did the front desk person that helped in the korning. This morning when i went to check out the women in the office refused to check me out before 6 and then when i came back at 6 the shuttle driver had to check me out because that women refused to do it. Not a terrible hotel the staff just seemed annoyed but i wouldnt return
