Check in was an easy self check in. Allowed to check in early. Spoke to someone at the hotel next door. We were only there one night. Small property. The room was fine however not much of a view. I would pay more for a water view if you are staying longer than one night.

Perfect, secluded place in paradise

I found this place last minute and only stayed for one night, but it was amazing! So secluded and very private/quiet! Perfect location for a sunset out on your own private dock and would definitely return again. I truly enjoyed the property!

Out dated. Black molded in showers and ceiling. Patio filthy. Toilet paper holder broke. Sink in king suite is size of a camper sink. Pics online are nothing like it is in person. Not even the hammocks. Dryer broke. But location is amazing. Sadly we left after one night of our 3 night stay

We loved the grounds and the room was nice and clean. The only issue we had was the entrance door provided no privacy. We would definitely stay again. Only stayed one night but love to stay longer.

We stayed in the Royale Suite. It was absolutely beautiful, great view, and comfortable. The only reason for 4 stars is the bathroom really needs a little attention. It was not dirty but the walk in time tub/shower has a lot of staining and there is or was a water leak by the toilet that needs sure attention, otherwise I absolutely loved the property and, it was clean and felt like we had a private beach all to ourselves. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

Don’t ever stay here! I asked for an early check in. They emailed back that would let me know and never did. My room was disgusting. It smelled. A musty smell but strong! The bathroom was a total disaster, broken vinyl tiles on the floor. Mold around the tub/shower. I wouldn’t let my dog bath in there. The tub was actually a jacuzzi tub rigged to be a shower as well. I asked for a room change and was told no. Meanwhile at night 2 rooms were empty. Stay the hell away

Room not worth the $300. Boathouse is a room with no windows, musty, Roku TV and intermittent internet. Room needs a lot of work. Did laundry and the handle on the dryer was broke. Had to pack wet clothes. Grilled out. No spatula. Very run down.

Beautiful hideaway.

The staff was ABSOLUTELY amazing. Kim and Miguel were beyond helpful and so friendly. The room view was incredible, the amenities were great. The location was in a great convenient to other activities. The room was very spacious, yet somewhat outdated. We loved our stay and highly recommend to other guests. It is tucked away so you feel like you are in your own secluded private resort.

Arrived early, checked about room at Amoray, Theresa stepped up and helped big time, to show us around, show where the room will be and get the lay of the land. Nice view and set up, rm where TV was had a strange musty odor either from dirty HVAC coils/filters from the mini split or the septic tank cover just outside our unit. It is noticeable when you walk in and sit in this room. Beautiful set up outside to relax.

Loved the steps to the water. We stayed in the Royale room and it was magnificent!! Paddle boards and sea kayaks for guest use was fantastic as well. Made good use of those water toys!! Thank you for such a great stay!!

We stayed here as a stop off from between the airport and driving to Key West, unless you like US 1 at night. The place is quiet and close to a very nice Publis’s grocery store. Would stay again and would book the Royale room instead.

Amazing Sunset views, however horrific bathroom!

Amazing water view and nice outdoor amenities. Beautiful sunsets! However the bathroom and kitchenette needs a complete remodel. The toilet seat was not attached properly and the flushing handle was worn out. Needs new toilet, shower handle, and bathroom vanity plus sink.
