Room was good but overpriced for basically a standard room. Beds were good and I liked the balcony. They should have self park available instead of only valet. Kindof ridiculous I had to pay for coffee in the morning. Spent a lot at the bar and no free drinks or anything…the little things make a difference.

The rooms were ok, they were outdated with non working A/C, ripped curtains, old furniture and electrical outlets that does not hold the plugs. Towels smelled bad. However the staff except for one lady in the front was all amazing. They smiled and tried to help with everything. The resort is on an amazing location and can not be replaced. All rooms are oceanfront. The food was ok but not excellent. Breakfast should have more variety. Valet was good. The shop at the hotel had stained clothing. Overall it was ok but not excellent.

This is a beautiful property in Key Largo, but could use some help. The view from the ocean side rooms with balcony are amazing. The area they could use help in is the resort features and daily events. When we booked hotel we were not informed about any daily events or even a New Year’s Eve party on the beach that was an additional $200 per person. Would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have joined or made other plans. The daily activity’s are only advertised in the elevators, they don’t email, text or give you documents. Our daughter missed out on many things because of the lack of information given. Papi, the activity director should not have a job there, she hates kids… The mandatory valet team is horrible. They lost our car for an hour and we missed our fishing charter, $2000 loss. They try and make this seam like a high class facility, when in actual, a motel six would probably have been better and with more curious staff. Beautiful spot and design but would not recommend it

The pull out was full of pee and made. I take things apart to make sure we didnt leave anything and seen it at the end. Our luggage took all day to be brought up. Had to call 6 times one day to get the bed made and towels. If your a diamond member you get a heck of alot of special treatment. My opinion is as a gold member this is very disrespectful. The way they treat people because of the card status is awful. When I told the front desk about the urin she was like thats disgusting and said she would let the staff know. But did nothing for us.
