Standard room 229 and 425 have no view an one widow that looks out on the road and parking lot. My first room 229 was gross! They had a water issue in the bathroom that stained the floor wall and door, it was so bad they took the room out of service. The next room had an air conditioner that was so loud that when it went off you realized that it was a blessing to have it on since the road noise was loud as well. The room came with wooden shutters that were broken and dim not keep the the neon lights from the hotel out of your room. For a hotel that wants to be a Resort and charges a resort fee this placed failed. If I could give it a ZERO I would.

This place was amazing! The room was spotless! Our view was fabulous. We had a wrap-a-round balcony with a sunset view. Awesome!! The grounds were impeccable. The pool area was so big and beautiful. Fire pit. Hammocks. Beach chairs. I can’t say enough about this place. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was great! Happy hour at Breeze’s bar was still expensive but pretty place. I loved this resort. It made our stay in Key Largo!!

This property has potential. Very nice outdoor seating areas and great views! Although we heard it had just been updated, it appeared very dated. The hotel room decor was cute. The hotel was maybe 60% full and we had to wait until exactly 4 to get checked into our room that was located on the first floor overlooking the parking lot. We paid for a partial view, that was a generous statement. Front desk personnel had some helpful and some curt people. Happy hour had great service. The best part was being able to rent boats and jet skis right on property. This property seemed overpriced compared to the lovely resort we just came from for the same $$.

Rooms are showing their age, the service at breezers was horrible, they are crazy expensive on the rooms , not near as nice as it was, the wristband man always checking on you. The only 5 star is the bartender at the tiki bar Calos was the best! Probably won’t stay again until it’s updated and price lowers

This resort was absolutely amazing! I would recommend 10/10! We traveled as a family of 5 (3 adult children). The pool was heated and fun to swim at night. We enjoyed the hot tub. The beach was relaxing and comfortable with a good mix of sun and shade. The water had a bunch of seaweed and ocean life which was fun to check out and wade, I didn't swim in the ocean, although others at the resort did. The starfish fire pit at night was a beautiful touch. The view from our balcony room was stunning! We also enjoyed the convenience of the marina and water sport activities right next door.
