The Reefhouse was a great resort for a family vacation. The pool was not overcrowded, clean and warm. The beach was a perfect place to relax. As a family we enjoyed the basketball court and cornhole. It was nice to have restuarants onsite. The staff were friendly and helpful.

We woke up after night one covered in bites. Discovered a bed bug, caught it and brought it to the front desk. Management "lost" the bug and claimed that the inspectors found no evidence. We have ample photographic evidence. Additionally, the property is run down, moldy and in dire need of a facelift. This was not the resort experience we expected for the nightly rate. I recommend staying somewhere else.

This a wonderful property. From the friendly staff to the nice clean room. Small beach is perfect to get into the water without much hassle. Rent water sport equipment right on site. We were very pleasantly surprised by how nice and well run this resort is. And it’s not overly big which was nice as well. Would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at the Reefhouse Resort! The property was sparkling clean and there was a lot to do, plus was very convenient to other businesses in Key Largo. Everyone we met on the property was very friendly and helpful. I loved the little touches in our room, including the folded towels and turndown service. All text communications were super-fast and efficient. We ordered room service one night and it came within 15 minutes - I've never had room service that fast! The pool area was lovely and the bar/food service was fast and efficient. Parking on the property was very easy. I had a massage and skin treatment at the spa which was heavenly. My therapist was very skilled and respectful, and gave me a lot of great info about what to do in the Keys. We'd definitely stay again!

Love this place. Staff is very friendly. Could use some extra help at pool bar but still my favorite place to stay. Nice rooms, nice marina, great restaurant for breakfast (haven’t tried lunch or dinner) and service very good.

A Gem of a Resort!

Very pleased with the resort! Although a bit old, it is clean and well kept. The staff was extremely accommodating. Loved the large pool with plenty of chairs (and shade) for guests. Having water sports on site was a big plus for us!
