Room is very dated and needs a reno. Refrigerator door did not close all the way. Front door did not close all the way. Carpet looked dated & dirty. Bathtub was old & dirty looking. Would not recommend.

Hotel itself is dated. The pool is nice. Staff at check in was great. Bathroom could definitely use an upgrade or 3. But it served it's purpose for a quick night for an early flight out of Miami. Bed was comfortable. TV was staticy.

Yes but we had a problem with the TV operation and the person at the desk had no idea about the operation. This was not a major concern. The room seemed clean and comfortable.

Not willing to accommodate a refund. Not what we were expecting. Just wanted to go home and end my misery staying in Key Largo. Felt stuck because they wouldn’t refund. Worst three days. Terrible customer service.

Very good experience all around. Check in was quick and friendly and welcoming, room was clean and well maintained daily, all personnel were extremely friendly and helpful with local tourist attractions, parking was convenient and well maintained. I was extremely pleased with me stay and would recommend Key Largo Inn to others.

I arrived late at night in a lightning storm, and not knowing if I’d found the right place. The lady who checked me in, Adria, went above and beyond, came out to the parking lot and found my car and showed me to the office. ☺️ Wonderful service!
